She successfully completed thirty credits above her Masters Degree specializing in various areas in Education. In March 2008, she received her honorary Doctorate of Ministry Degree from Anointed by God Ministries Alliance and Seminary. God has sent her into numerous areas of teaching, bringing her back to the area of Early Childhood Education. She has now retired from the N.Y.C. She believes that she can give our children the best start by giving them her best. She believes and exemplifies that we should work as unto the Lord, glorifying Him in all that we do.

She is a former member of the Bethesda Baptist Church where she served for Thirty-six years under the leadership of the late Dr. C.E. Nesbitt, Sr.

Several years ago, God called Apostle Wiley and Rev. Sharon Pickens to start the Christian Men & Women Intercessory Prayer group, which started in her apartment with two members. Under the direction of the Holy Spirit, they began having bible study before intercessory prayer. Today, the ministry has grown to hundreds of intercessors.

In March of 1994, Apostle Wiley was ordained by Bishop Jerry Anthony O. Graham to the office of Reverend. On July 26, 1998, Apostle Martin & Michelle Johnson of Kingdom Worship Center in Denver, Colorado consecrated her to the Office of the Apostle.

Apostle Wiley now oversees several ministerial leaders, training and equipping them for service unto the Lord. She is the founder, and CEO and President of In the Word Bible Institute of Brooklyn, New York where the word of God becomes a lifestyle. God has brought her a long way. He has given her gifts to share and she is willing to do it to her fullest potential. She loves Him for His love to her and knows that she can do all things through Christ who strengthens her as she continues to humble herself in His sight; she knows that He will lift her up. Her faithfulness and obedience to God is an example for others to follow. She praises God for her many accomplishments, but her main endeavor is to please Him. To God be the glory for the things He has done.
